We report the in vivo targeting and imaging of tumor vasculature using arginine-glycine-
aspartic acid (RGD) peptide-labeled quantum dots (QDs). Athymic nude mice bearing
subcutaneous U87MG human glioblastoma tumors were administered QD705-RGD
