Abstract The stability of a new type of DNA mimic, peptide nucleic acid (PNA) in human
blood serum, Eschericia coli and Micrococcus luteus extracts and nuclear and cytoplasmic
extracts from mouse Ehrlich ascites tumor cells was investigated using HPLC analysis.
